Brigy is a client delivery and project management platform designed for creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers. It is developed and operated by Dynamic Labz, a company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (www.dynamiclabz.net).
As of the date of these Terms, Brigy is in a pre-launch, waitlist-only phase. The platform itself is not yet publicly available. These Terms govern use of the Brigy waitlist landing page and any pre-launch communications. A separate, comprehensive set of Terms of Service governing the full Brigy platform will be published at or before the time of launch.

The Brigy name, logo, website design, copy, graphics, and all other content on the Brigy website are the exclusive property of Dynamic Labz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned or licensed by Dynamic Labz. You may not use the Brigy name, logo, or any other brand asset without our prior written consent.
By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you do not transfer any intellectual property rights to us, and we do not acquire any rights over your email address beyond those described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamic Labz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at info@dynamiclabz.net and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a genuine effort to resolve any concerns within 30 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify waitlist subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
For non-material changes (such as clarifications or corrections), we may update the page without advance notice. Your continued use of the Brigy website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
